Our work centers on a micro depot model that enables localized, demand driven operations designed for reliability, utilization, and long term scalability.
Why We Exist
Most infrastructure is designed around centralization and theoretical efficiency rather than how operations actually function in the real world. This often results in underutilized assets, long response times, and failures at the edges of demand.
NOA exists to address this gap. We build infrastructure that is placed, designed, and operated based on real world usage, allowing systems to perform where reliability and proximity matter most.

How We Operate
NOA currently partners with a San Francisco based parking operations group to design and operate localized infrastructure that supports vehicle deployment, staging, and day to day operations. Rather than relying on large centralized facilities, we develop a network of smaller, strategically placed micro depots aligned to where vehicles are actually needed.
These micro depots are equipped to support electric vehicle fleets, including on site charging and operational infrastructure required for autonomous deployment. Each location is shaped by demand patterns, service areas, and operational constraints specific to the partner and market.
This approach allows infrastructure to be introduced incrementally, adjusted over time, and scaled as utilization grows, while enabling our partners to focus on vehicle technology and service delivery.
